Thank you to monochromera
for posting hers and influencing me to post one myself.MY TERMS
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to abide by my terms of service and payment policy.
These terms of service are subject to change at any time, but only in good faith.
I have the right to refuse any services that I may or may not be offering at any time.
More complicated and detailed artwork often take longer to be finished. I tend to work slowly and around my current work schedule, so please bear with me.
In the event of cancellation, I will refund to the client (if I received full payment from said client) for any of the following reasons: if I am unable to draw what is being requested, if I feel uncomfortable, threatened, harassed, verbally abused, or any combination of each. I refuse to be treated as someone you can step on and demanded to make art, therefore, the client will not receive any artwork.
Please understand that distractions can come up, such as sickness, emergencies, etc. Because of this, I might not be able to work on commissions for an undefined amount of time.If I am able to, I will notify each client about the situation ASAP.
You are welcome to ask questions or request a WIP picture/update of your commission at any time. Another area where I will add I will not be ordered or demanded to do this, that comes off as just being rude to the artist you are commissioning.
Payment with Points are also due upfront unless stated otherwise. If you are more comfortable with this option, I will also let you pay half in the beginning and the remaining half after the finished art is completed and uploaded. I will not give a refund under any circumstances.
- I accept payment in USD. Payment is due upfront and will be sent via Paypal.
FINISHING AND RECEIVING ART
In regards to watermarks, you may not remove or censor them.
As the client, you may not alter or use your received artwork for commercial use. My goods and services are intended for personal use only.
I grant the client permission to upload their commission(s) onto their personal website, so long as the client gives proper credit. (I would prefer my art not be included on sites such as tumblr, facebook, or instagram due to their nullification of copyright, however it is not explicitly forbidden)
If the client receives a commissioned work via mail, the client must pay for shipping costs.
Thank you guys so much for reading and commissioning!Skin Art: HeatherSchoff
